Gerbiamieji,

Informuojame, kad parkinguose esančios automobilių įkrovimo stotelės laikinai išmontuotos. Jas rangovai transformuos į apskaitomas įkrovimo stoteles. Tada jos bus grąžintos į buvusias vietas. Apie apmokėjimo sistemą informuosime vėliau. Ji turėtų būti paprasta, per telefono aplikaciją. Taip pat planuojame  papildomai įrengti įkrovimo stotelių prie gatvės.

Atsiprašome už nepatogumus.

Šį mėnesį ėmė klaidingai suveikinėti gaisro apsaugos sistema. Nors buvo testuojamos visos 3 korpusų centralės, iki galo išsiaiškinti priežasties nepavyko.

Bus atliekamas sistemos pakartotinis segmentinis testavimas rytoj (09.01) nuo 12 iki tikimasi 16 val.

Bus dar kartą patikrintas įžeminimo kontūras, ekranavimo efektyvumas.

Galimi gaisro signalizacijos suveikimai, reikia įspėti darbuotojus apie tokius nepatogumus.

Atsiprašome už galimus nepatogumus. Tikimės, kad Jūsų verslui tai nepakenks.

During this month we had experienced few failures of our fire protection system automatics.

We were not able to find out what exactly was the reason.

Tomorrow (1st of September) from 12.00 to hopefully 16.00 there will be testing activities in our buildings.

We once again will test earth resistance, screening from the failures.

It is possible that there will happen few fire protection system activities, you should inform about it your colleagues and guests.

We apologize for such inconveniences and hope to get your support and understanding.

Dėl legioneliozės

Legionelės yra gramneigiamos bakterijos, kurios negali išgyventi, jei aplinka įkaitusi virš 55 laipsnių pagal Celsijaus skalę. Pas mus karštas vanduo ruošiamas elektriniuose boileriuose, temperatūra nustatyta 60 laipsnių pagal Celsijaus skalę. Todėl Jums rūpintis dėl karšto vandens užkrato pas mus nereikėtų.

The genus Legionella is a pathogenic group of Gram-negative bacteria that includes the species L. pneumophila, causing legionellosis including a pneumonia-type illness called Legionnaires' disease and a mild flu-like illness called Pontiac fever.

But in our premises we use local boilers, they are set on the temperature as 60 C, and these bacteria cannot survive at this heat, that is over the threshold 55 C.

Gerbiamieji Klientai,

Šį penktadienį  (2017 m. vasario 17 d.) vakare prie išvažiavimo iš P1 bus sumontuotas didžiulis kranas ir jis dirbs iki pirmadienio ryto.

Pirmadienį, 7 valandą išvažiavimas turėtų  būti laisvas.

Jeigu kranas nesuspėtų baigti darbų, reikės naudotis alternatyva – parkingu Panoramoje.

UAB Mitnija yra prižadėjusi už tą pirmadienį Jūsų sąnaudas kompensuoti.

Nepalikite P1 automobilių, jei jų prireiktų nuo penktadienio vakaro iki pirmadienio ryto – nebus įmanoma išvažiuoti.

Naudokite P2 ir P3 – jie bus laisvi.

This Friday, the 17th of February, the entry and exit of our garage P1 will be blocked by a huge crane. They will work with it until the Monday morning.

On the 20th of February app. 7.00 the entry should be free.

If the construction company is late, you are entitled to use Panorama parking premises, Mitnija will compensate the expenses.

You should not leave a car if you will need it during the weekend in the P1.

Use P2 and P3 instead.

Informuojame, kad požeminiuose garažuose naikinamos neįgaliųjų parkavimo vietos. Neįgalieji gali palikti automobilius draudžiamojo ženklo veikimo zonoje. Jiems draudžiamasis ženklas galimybių statyti automobilių neapriboja. Neįgaliųjų vietos požeminiuose garažuose lieka neužimtos. Kelias vietas paversime elektromobilių krovimo/laikymo vietomis. Galite naudoti tas vietas.

We have noticed, that disabled persons dedicated parking places remain unused all the time. So we cancel these dedications and take away the signs that are hung at the ceiling. Three of them will be painted in green and dedicated to charging devices for electrical cars. The people with disabilities can park their vehicles at the street if they have special signs. Therefore you are free to use the places for your needs.

This could not be seen easily, however reflects some light and camera cannot recognize the numbers or letters. There are bins with washing liquid, but this liquid is not a real deicer. Please, make sure, that your license plate is clean…
